Gutter Installation in Goose Creek, SC

Seamless aluminum, cut on-site to your roof. Proper downspout routing so water leaves your foundation alone.

A great roof with bad gutters still has water problems. Every Goose Creek house catches more rain in a single Lowcountry afternoon thunderstorm than most arid-state homes catch in a year. That water has to go somewhere — and if it's not gutters, it's your foundation, your siding, and your landscaping.

We install seamless aluminum gutters in five-inch and six-inch K-style profiles, plus copper systems when the architecture calls for it. Everything cut on-site, so the only joints are at corners and outlets.

What we install

  • 5" K-style seamless aluminum — the Lowcountry default. Handles the typical single-family runoff on most Brickhope, Liberty Hall, and Hamlet Square homes.
  • 6" K-style seamless aluminum — upgraded capacity for larger roofs (3,000+ sq ft) or homes with steep pitches that concentrate water flow.
  • Half-round copper gutters — premium option for historic and architecturally distinctive homes. Patinas beautifully over 5-10 years.
  • Round 3" and 4" downspouts — properly sized to the gutter capacity, with elbows that direct water away from the foundation.
  • Hidden-hanger installation— gutter hangers every 24" for hurricane-grade hold, hidden under the front lip so the front face of the gutter looks clean.
  • Gutter guard options — multiple profiles available depending on what falls on your roof (pine needles, oak catkins, leaves).

Why gutter guards matter in Berkeley County

If you live in Devon Forest, Foxborough, or anywhere with pine canopy over the roof, pine needles will pack a gutter in a single season. Open gutters in those yards need cleaning three to four times a year. Most people don't do it. Water backs up, freezes once or twice in January, and starts pulling the gutters away from the fascia.

Decent micro-mesh gutter guards stop debris from settling in the trough while still letting water through. We don't install the foam-insert kind (they hold water and grow mildew) or the reverse-curve kind (they leak in heavy rain). Stainless mesh on an aluminum frame is the right Lowcountry spec.

Pairing with a new roof

Most Goose Creek customers replace gutters at the same time as the roof. It's cheaper (the gutters come off for tear-off anyway), the warranty timing aligns, and we can match colors and profiles. If you're doing a full roof replacement, ask us to quote gutters in the same estimate.

We can also retrofit gutters on a roof we didn't install — happens often when a previous owner cheaped out and the new owner wants the system done right.

Quick questions, quick answers

Yes — they leak less, look cleaner, and last longer. We cut them on-site in one continuous run from one corner to the next, so the only seams are at corners and downspout outlets. Sectional gutters from a big-box store have a joint every 10 feet, and every joint is a future leak.
